I am so excited about starting my doula journey! This is something I have prayed about for almost 2 yrs. I will be attending the birth doula training with Doula Association of Oklahoma. The training will be Thursday, Oct. 27th - Saturday, Oct. 29th from 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
I look forward to learning more about birth and supporting mama's during labor. I pray that I will be an awesome doula!.

I decided to use Heavenly Touch Birth Doula Services for my doula business name because it was Heaven Sent Births that inspired me to become a doula(and I love the name). So I just thought it makes sense to use that name since it's because of them that I'm taking this wonderful journey in the first place. I learned so much from the wonderful and caring midwives there. I thought I knew a lot about birth since I already had 8 babies. Wrong! It's just sad that it took my 9th baby for me to get smart and learn as much as possible. I sure pray that I help other mama's make better choices in birth than I did with some of my births. I was young and uneducated.
